This administrative professional will rely on their previous experience, to provide exemplary support to our Market Sector Groups and Corporate Leadership.
As our Project Administrative Specialist, you will work within firm deadlines as you perform a variety of advanced word processing and proofreading of documentation tasks. The projects will require you to use your keen eye for detail as you regularly work on project deliverables requiring precise formatting and compiling complicated Word and PDF documents.
Additionally, among other administrative responsibilities, you will create and update spreadsheets, maintain client/vendor records, run custom reports, and open new project files in the database and file, copy, and scan documents as required.
