Peter Basso Associates (PBA) was retained by Honeywell Building Solutions to provide controls retro-commissioning for the following buildings in the Ferndale Public Schools district:
Our services included functional testing of large equipment; including boiler plants, rooftop units and air handling units, as well as smaller equipment such as classroom unit ventilators, kitchen make-up air units and perimeter heating systems. We verified equipment schedules, checked controls system setpoints, evaluated system operation, identified deviations in the control system setpoints, and found maintenance/repair items.
