Jim Paul is a vice president and member of PBA’s Healthcare and Laboratory Group. Jim has significant experience in mechanical engineering design and possesses expertise in the design of complex HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. His project history includes over 35 years’ experience in the renovation and new construction of healthcare facilities, from rural community clinics to large urban hospitals. Jim was a key team member involved in the implementation of the Detroit Medical Center 2010-2015 Capital Planning Program involving the renovation of several facilities on the DMC campus.
