Peter Basso Associates’ contribution to multiple delivery systems includes all or parts of the following, depending on the needs of the specific project: working with the end users to develop design criteria for a project; development of design-build bridging documents; schematic design documents; design development documents; and full construction documents. We also work with you to develop contract documents that can be sealed for permitting.

In addition to design-build services, we also provide MEP design services to assist with coordination drawings either in AutoCAD or Revit. These services range from creation of CAD drawing files and assistance with as-built documents, all the way thru Revit modeling to develop a model for use in clash detection.

Regardless of the contractual arrangement or degree of involvement, the goal is always to assure the building owner’s expectation for systems are met within project budget through an informed process and collaboration.
