Electrical Engineering

Reliable today, and ready for what's next.

The Big Picture

Buildings keep asking more of their electrical systems.

Heat pumps replace boilers, EV chargers move into parking lots, and labs and server rooms add load every year. We design power, lighting, and life safety systems that balance cost, reliability, and room to grow, so a building can take on what comes next without rebuilding its electrical service.

Our Approach
01

We plan for the next load, not just the current one.

Upsizing an electrical service after move-in is expensive and disruptive. We size distribution for what the building needs on opening day and leave a clear path for what the owner expects to add later.
02

We match reliability to what's truly important.

Not every building needs a hospital's redundancy. We design backup power around what the facility can't afford to lose, so owners don't pay for protection they don't need.
03

We learn across markets.

Our engineers work on everything from small office renovations to high-rise buildings and entire college campuses. When a project raises a hard problem, we work it out together, and what we learn in one market carries into the next.
04

We work as part of the design team.

Nearly every system in a building needs power, so electrical design touches every other discipline. We coordinate with the architect, the interior designer, and the mechanical and plumbing engineers on details that are easy to miss: equipment loads, electrical room space, panel locations, clearances, and device locations.
05

We stay through completion.

Electrical sits at the end of the chain. When equipment changes, a substitution is approved, or the owner makes a change during construction, the electrical design has to change with it. We stay with the project through construction and closeout to ensure the building is operating as intended.
