PBA provided MEP engineering design services for BESA, a 5,500 square-foot restaurant located inside the recently renovated Vinton Building.
Spanning two floors, the ground level features a bar area with stools and tables facing towards Woodward Avenue.
The kitchen is located in the basement alongside a 12-seat chef's table, private dining area, and wine cellar.
