Following the success of the study, PBA was further asked to provide MEP engineering design services for the relocation and expansion of the following lab departments: Microbiology, Research Development, Method Transfer, Chemistry, Sterility and Stability. PBA worked with local contractors to provide the owner budget pricing to help determine the feasibility of the consolidation. The existing manufacturing facility is located on an 80-acre site and includes a 171,000-foot production building and warehouse.
