Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position is essential in keeping day-to-day operations organized and assisting with the production of marketing materials and initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing functions in the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proofread, format, and assemble proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Create and maintain master templates, style guides, and yearly audits.
  • Maintain and update project libraries, staff resumes, and image databases.
  • Provide logistical support for company events, including trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and golf outings.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, articles, and other marketing content.
  • Collaborate with Market Sector Leaders to track project schedules and communication materials, including photography, video, employee spotlights, and social media content.
  • Perform administrative tasks to streamline workflows and support the marketing team.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Lightroom, and WordPress.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
  • Photography experience.
