Peter Basso Associates, Inc., a leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering consulting firm, is in search of a Project Accountant to join our growing Accounting team in Troy, MI!
As our Project Accountant, you will work closely with our project managers and accounting department alike in a fast paced role. Among other responsibilities, you’ll use your keen eye for detail to ensure all project documentation exists and is properly saved; you’ll also provide support in reporting, labor transfers and more. The project based accounting work will entail coordination of client invoicing, review consultant invoicing, prepare payment applications and more. You’ll rely heavily on your Accounting knowledge as you update key project details including fees, billing rates, terms, and instructions, purchase orders, and more.
